The golden jubilee edition of one of Asia's largest literary events, organised by the Publishers & Booksellers Guild at Boi Mela Prangan in Salt Lake. Established in 1976, the fair draws millions of visitors to hundreds of publisher and bookseller stalls, with international publishers and a guest-country pavilion, literary discussions, book launches and cultural performances celebrating the region's literary heritage. The 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram is the primary theme of the 2027 edition.
