Ten days of Mysore-style Ashtanga practice and Sanskrit scholarship in Gokulam, the Mysuru neighbourhood where the modern Ashtanga tradition took shape. Mornings are devoted to practice — Ashtanga with focused study in pranayama, mudra and mantra — and each afternoon a senior scholar from Mysuru's Sanskrit community leads a lecture followed by open discussion. The all-inclusive residential programme includes Gokulam accommodation, two vegetarian meals a day, guided excursions to the Maharaja's Sanskrit College and Jaganmohan Palace, and a closing day trip to the Lakshminarayana Ashram. Open to sincere yoga students of all levels.
