The second edition of the India Art, Architecture & Design Biennale, presented by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, turns Delhi's heritage monuments, museums, galleries and public spaces into exhibition venues for 108 days. The 2026 theme is Tat Tvam Asi — 'You Are That: Reconnecting in an Age of Distraction'. Purana Qila carries the flagship ministry-curated exhibition and state pavilions, with further venues across the capital and a Student Biennale strand at the National School of Drama and the Lalit Kala Akademi.
