Estonian nu-folk duo Puuluup - Ramo Teder and Marko Veisson - perform on the talharpa (bowed lyre), pairing the instrument's archaic tones with vocals, looping and offbeat humour. Their neo-folk sound moves between tradition and surreal modern songcraft and has carried them to festival stages across Europe and beyond. Windmills Craftworks hosts two Bengaluru shows across the Halloween weekend.
