Lit Lantern's children's literature festival fills Hawa Mahal on Beach Road with around 95 sessions across two days — storytelling, creative writing, book readings, puppetry, author interactions and workshops for children aged four to 16, grouped by age band, with some sessions in Telugu. Both days close with evening performances open to all visitors, and a festival bookstore stocks more than 1,000 titles from Indian publishers.
